DTK ANPR/LPR SDK (Automatic Number Plate Recognition/License Plate Recognition) is a software development kit designed for integrating vehicle license plate recognition into your own developed software. The ANPR/LPR Engine detects license plates from various video sources (IP cameras, video files, video capture devices) and still images (JPEG, PNG, BMP). The fast and stable LPR Engine built on the latest neural network technologies and algorithms and provides highly accurate plate detection from the real-time video with resolution up to 1920x1080 (Full HD) and supports many plate formats of different countries. It is compatible with standard IP camera protocols and encodings (such as MJPEG/HTTP, H.264/RTSP) and custom video sources provides decoded (RAW) frame images to the LPR engine. The SDK is consistent with many programming languages, like C++, C#, VB.Net, Java, etc.
