CabinetCut is the new panel cutting optimisation software from ITF Software. A simple to use yet powerfull application that calculates the most efficient way to cut a collection of panels from sheets of board. CabinetCut helps you choose the most efficient board size for each job, calculates exactly how much board will be required and the percentage of wastage on each job. CabinetCut produces a master list of all the material required (9 sheets per page) to give an overall picture of the cutting on the job. CabinetCut produce one-sheet-per-page cutting lists, with dimensioned drawing of the cutting pattern, as well as individual dimensions for each panel. This layout is designed to give to the panel-saw operator, and to be easy to read and understand on the factory floor. It is the software used internally by our commercial joinery companies to create cutting lists for the panel saw operators, as well as by our estimating department for calculating material requirements. CabinetCut is not nesting software, and doesn't export to CNC machines, but it is the ideal software addition to any joinery, furniture or kitchen manufacturer. CabinetCut is distributed as a free trial download, fully functional except that the print and save functions are disabled.
