The program has been created as universal product for security cross platforms working all together with wireless and wired IP cameras, Television-cards, capture cards, power-line, and USB cameras. It has web interface with the similar form and controls on the local and apart computers. Customers view MPEG-4 coded picture and have complete management of the software via network that surveillance computer can be run with no screen, keyboard, and mouse attached. Software`s modular structure considerably increases reliability because all components operate as autonomous applications. If one component freezes, other components continue working. For example if the `record` module stops working, `watchdog` restarts it immediately that viewers don`t notice anything because they are watching picture via a `playback` unit. The software does `repeated` recording that the `hard drive full` situation never occurs. The recording can be constant or it can be turned on by movement, human face detection, or by calendar. The program has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty easy and performs on the surveillance server as well as on apart station via Web interface. The program does simultaneous video playback for event examination from multiple cameras concurrently. Also recorded information can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded information can be encrypted and password protected.
