DeskTopBinder Professional is a software package that provides document management from client PCs.
DeskTopBinder Professional can also be used as a client for ScanRouter Professional, ScanRouter Enterprise, and ScanRouter DocumentServer.

FEATURES:

· Managing documents with My Cabinet created under My Workroom
· Facilitating a series of operations such as creating, editing, and printing documents, incorporated with applications you usually use
· Displaying the Thumbnails view where documents to be edited can easily be identified
· Easily printing multiple documents or files with a single operation
· Controlling scanned documents like those created with applications
· Adding files made with different applications as a single document
· Adding comments with notes or searching for documents
· Checking the contents of a document using Viewer or Easy Viewer
· Viewing documents in Document Server (MFP) of network devices
· Viewing and controlling documents in the in-tray of ScanRouter V2 Lite/Professional, ScanRouter Enterprise, and ScanRouter EX Professional/Enterprise
· Automatic transfer of documents from the in-tray of ScanRouter V2 Lite/Professional, ScanRouter Enterprise, ScanRouter EX Professional/Enterprise, Windows files, Fax Received Files, and files stored inside a digital camera to DeskTopBinder or Windows folder using Auto Document Link.
· Receiving notification of print completion and errors that occur during printing, and performing Recovery/Parallel Printing using SmartDeviceMonitor for Client
· Adding shared cabinets that can be used by multiple users
· Adding removable cabinets that can be used in other client computers
· Converting section data of a document to PDF files and then outputting (Convert to PDF)
· Converting image section data of a document to text files and then outputting (Convert to Text (with OCR))
· Converting section data of a document to a specified image format (BMP, TIFF, JPEG) and then outputting (Convert to Image)
